Common questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings, tap the Bikes section, and choose Restore Purchases. Your multi-bike unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on any device signed in with the same account.
Is WaxSync free?
Yes, for managing one bike, with every feature included. Managing a second or further bike is a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
Do I need Strava?
No. Strava keeps your mileage up to date automatically, but you can add bikes and log rides by hand instead.
How does WaxSync know when to re-wax?
It tracks the distance ridden since your last wax, adjusts for wet or mixed conditions, and counts down to your chain's wax point. Open the in-app guides in Settings under Help & Guides for a full walkthrough.
How do I remove my data?
Your data lives on your device. Delete an individual bike from its Edit screen, or use Erase All Data & Settings in Settings to remove everything. Deleting the app also removes its data.
